Custom Made Screws For Installing Our Aluwood Panels

Custom made self-tapping screws. Use Front Screws for installing AluWood panel,and Back Screws for refastening slats if/when cutting panels in length.

Front Screws: 35mm (Use these to mount the AluWood panel – screw from outside to inside)

Back Screws: 19mm (Use these to fasten lamellas after making a cut – screw from inside to outside)

* We recommend using 12 screws per panel when installing AluWood panels, for a secure installation.

FAQs

Are the panels easy to install?

You can install your Thula Walls using adhesive glue or a drill and screws - through the felt and into the wall or ceiling.

What about plug points or TV mounts?

On installtion, you can measure the plug points, TV mounts or light switches, draw the area out onto your panel and cut the space out using a jigsaw or rail saw.

My wall is taller than 2,4m

In this case there are a few options.

  1. cut and stack additional panels to reach the full height
  2. Centre the panels
  3. Create a feature by adding lighting or another material at the top or bottom

What is the delivery cost?

We deliver nationwide. When you buy one of our products shipping will be calculated on checkout.

The cost is dependent on the number of panels ordered.
