Rowan and Roxy Snyman, a husband and wife team with a passion for turning houses into homes. When faced with a jaw-dropping quote for a solid wood, slatted feature wall, they knew there had to be a more accessible option out there. But after scouring the market, nothing quite matched the cozy-chic vibes of their Pinterest boards.
Thula Wall: A Tale of Creativity and Collaboration
That’s when inspiration struck. The ready-to-install panels they envisioned, complete with acoustic backing, MDF, and wood veneer, were nowhere to be found in SA. And so, Thula Wall was born – a labour of love combining style and functionality.
With Roxy at the helm of brand and sales, and Rowan bringing their vision to life through product, ops and logistics, Thula Wall quickly evolved from a home project into a bustling business. And just when they thought things couldn’t get any better, along came WoodUpp, a Danish company eager to take Thula Wall under its wing.
